Initial Inquiry & Availability

Start by reaching out to us with your wedding date and details. If we’re available, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to understand your vision, style, and floral requirements.

In-Person Consultation

For full-service weddings, we invite you to our studio for a one-on-one consultation. We’ll explore your ideas, discuss floral options, and align your vision with your budget to create a truly bespoke design.

Bespoke Visual Proposal

Following the consultation, we craft a 12-page visual proposal, including mood boards, curated flower selections, a color palette, detailed design concepts, and a transparent cost breakdown. This proposal provides a true preview of what to expect on your wedding day.

       - This exclusive service is available to our full-service clients, with an investment of £200,      which is deducted from your final balance upon booking.

Proposal Review & Booking Confirmation

We’ll arrange a call to review the proposal, answer any questions, and refine details. Once you’re ready to proceed, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for the deposit to secure your wedding date.

Planning & Check-Ins

We stay in touch throughout the planning process, with a detailed check-in six months before your wedding to review any changes.

Final Preparations

• Two months before: Remaining balance is due.

• One month before: We confirm flower availability with our suppliers and provide updates.

• One week before: Fresh blooms are ordered and prepared for your wedding.

Wedding Day & Beyond

• Day Before: Venue setup begins (where permitted).

• Wedding Day: Personal flowers are delivered, and final venue styling is completed.

• Post-Wedding: We return to collect hired items, and if requested, we can wrap leftover blooms for guests to take home.
