Where are you based?

Our atelier is located in Stamford, Lincolnshire, with a garden studio in Holywell for larger-scale events.

We welcome clients by appointment to discuss your wedding florals in detail.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! We love bringing our floral artistry to the most breathtaking locations. Whether your wedding is in the UK or beyond, we are happy to travel to create a truly magical setting for your special day.

How far in advance should I book my wedding flowers?

Once you have a venue and date confirmed you can start to plan the other elements such as flowers. Flowers are such a fundamental and personal part of a wedding so ensure you do your research on what style you would like and choose a florist who is most suited to create this for you. Depending how long you have until your wedding day, the main suppliers should be secured around a year in advance.

How much should I budget for wedding flowers?

Luxury floral design is an investment in premium blooms, expert craftsmanship, and a seamless design experience. As a guideline, we recommend allocating at least 10-15% of your overall wedding budget to florals.

We create exquisite floral designs for weddings and events of all sizes, ensuring that every detail aligns with your vision. Your budget should reflect the level of artistry, quality, and scale you desire. 

For a full-scale wedding—including our bespoke design services, personal flowers, ceremony, and reception florals including set up and break down—our minimum investment is £6,000.

If you require individual floral elements such as bridal bouquets and table arrangements without full event design, we can provide a tailored quote. However, this option does not include our full design service and a visual proposal.

Do you offer destination weddings?

We adore creating floral masterpieces in beautiful locations, both in the UK and internationally. If you're planning a destination wedding, we’d love to discuss how we can bring your floral vision to life.

Do you offer non-floral elements such as candles, vases, or installations?

Ode to Joy can offer design advice on table-scape design and suggest suitable suppliers to fit in with your vision. We can also work alongside your wedding planner to ensure the flowers are going to sit alongside other design elements on the day. We have a variety of high quality vases and vessels we have sourced which we hire out for your wedding day.

Do you offer eco-friendly or foam-free floral arrangements?

At our floral Atelier, sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and actively reduce the use of single-use plastics in all our arrangements. As part of our eco-friendly approach, we do not use any floral foam in our designs. Instead, we always prioritise conscious, foam-free alternatives to ensure that our arrangements are as sustainable as they are stunning.
